Fastmatch® Acid-Catalyst Colours

Quick drying, high build pigmented range of high opacity Acid-Catalyst lacquers formulated to provide outstanding resistance to abrasion, wet and dry heat, spirit solutions and a wide range of household chemicals.

Available in White (BS 00-E-55), Black (BS 00-E-53) and a wide spectrum of Fastmatch® colours.

• Catalysis: 9 parts lacquer : 1 part catalyst by volume (5CAT/100 for non-gloss, 5CAT/200 for gloss 90% sheen only)
• Pot life: 36 Hours
• Touch dry: 15 - 20 minutes @ 18°C
• Sandable: 1 hour @ 18°C
• Recoatable: 2 hours @ 18°C
• Packing: Overnight minimum
• Coverage: 40m² per 5 litres dependent upon the size, orientation and surface quality of the item being coated
• Typical Finish: 2 coats at 75g/m² per coat over primers 5005/600, 5005/619 or 5005/900
