Compliant Water Stains

A range of waterbased stains suitable for hand, spray or dip application. The standard range consists of popular primary colours and a selection of the most widely used wood colours. Formulated on organic metal-complex dyestuffs dissolved in water which comply with the VOC requirements of Clause 10 of the Secretary of States Guidance Note for Wood Coating Processes PG6/33(10).

Bespoke Fastmatch® colour-matched colours are available when the request is submitted with a sufficient timber sample and details of the job to be completed.

These stains are compatible with Morrells Waterborne Lacquers.

Pack size: 5L & 25L
Touch dry / recoat: 2 hours @ 18°C
Coverage: 40 – 60m² per 5 litres dependent upon the size, orientation and surface quality of the item being coated
